Dafydd has a Master of Laws degree with Honours together with over ten years experience advising and advocating for clients in the commercial and civil jurisdictions.
He has broad civil trial experience at High Court and District Court level and has a particular interest and depth of experience in building litigation and Leaky Homes cases.
Dafydd has appeared as counsel in several multi-million dollar Banking and Trust cases and has previously worked as an advisor to the Ministry of Justice. Dafydd was previously a Litigation Partner at Malcolm Mounsey Clarke lawyers in Taupo before launching Redwoods Law Ltd. as a specialist practice.
Dafydd's Home Town is Rotorua, New Zealand where he lives with his wife Rebecca, their son Alex and daughter Isabella.
He is a keen runner, around Rotorua's forests, and regularly competes in mountain and ultra marathons.
